Function and Responsibilities:
Najibullah Kakar's research activities are dedicated to the field of water assessment, seismology and geohazards in Central Asia. Moreover, he has a strong experience in using remote sensing for monitoring surface water bodies and study land subsidence due to groundwater extracting in Central Asia using interferometric synthetic-aperture radar (InSAR) in the frame of CAWA-GREEN PROJECT.
