Dr. Muhammad Sajid

Research Interests:
I am the Alexander Von Humboldt fellow and working as guest scientist in the SIMS group of GFZ Potsdam majorly on the U-Pb systematics of zircons from the multiple Himalayan domains of northern Pakistan. My prime research is focussed to build the tectono-magmatic evolutionary history of crustal rocks via integrating the field information, geochemistry and geochronology. In addition, I am also interested in investigating the textural response of rocks during their exposure to high stress and high temperature conditions.
