The interferogram, made from two Envisat ASAR images acquired on 10th December 2009 and 14th January 2010, covers the 2nd January 2010 eruption of Mt. Nyamuragira in Democratic Republic of Congo. Each color cycle (fringe) represents 2.8 cm of ground motion in the line-of-sight direction of the satellite.
