Geochemical simulations can output hundreds of different variables from tens of thousands of simulations. In order to understand these results, it is necessary to see detailed relationships between multiple input parameters and output variables. We have developed the Stacked Parameter Relation (SPR) visualization, which serves as the main data exploration component of GCex, our prototype for geochemical data exploration.
