Around 60 scientific institutions in Berlin and Potsdam are inviting visitors to the Long Night of Sciences on 17 June. The GFZ is taking part and offering a diverse programme. There will be numerous information stands, hands-on experiments, lectures and demonstrations on the various research fields at the GFZ. Interesting programme items are also planned for children. The event will be completed by culinary delicacies and live music.

Admission is free for children up to 6 years, reduced tickets cost 9.00 euros and regular tickets are available for 14.00 euros.
