Geomagnetic Observatory Surlari (SUA)

Absolute building

The Geomagnetic Observatory Surlari of the Geological Survey of Romania is operated in cooperation with GFZ Potsdam since 2009.
The geomagnetic field intensity and directions are continously recorded at the observatory since 1948.
The observatory is member of the INTERMAGNET program.
