Joint Library
The Library Wissenschaftspark Albert Einstein was formed on the base of contract between the institutes GFZ, PIK and AWI Potsdam. In 2011 IASS Potsdam has joined that contract.
The aim is the joint usage and development of library services on the site Telegrafenberg.
The GFZ library in building A17 is the central access point for all services.
Two branch libraries in A31 (PIK) and A43 (AWI) broaden these offers. Also for IASS a local service will be established.

Focus: Monographs related to PIK's research.
Library of the Alfred Wegener Institute for Polar and Marine Research / Research Unit Potsdam (AWI)
The focus lies on monographs and maps to periglacial research and research on permafrost of Sibiria, and to phyics and chemistry of the atmosphere.
