The computing centre is the central institution responsible for the IT infrastructure and services at the GFZ. We provide a holistic infrastructure to enable user-friendly and cross-platform work and communication.
The computing centre offers a help desk for the central services offered by the computing centre. Employees of the GFZ can utilise the help desk through via hotline, e-mail and a web-based ticketing system.
In addition, we offer consulting and training on various topics.
